approval is required for all returns
and exchanges, or your return may not be processed. Return Requests
are accepted within 10 business days, unused and not worn
by pet and in original packaging.
Damaged goods
will be replaced
Shipping charges
are NOT refundable.
Supplies (toys,
collars, treats, catnip, leashes, bowls), custom orders and holiday
items are not returnable but store credit can
be issued once return is approved and received. A 10%
restocking fee will apply. Sorry, we cannot be responsible for
aggressive chewers. The dog toys and collars we carry, while durable,
are not chewproof.
Please measure
your pet when ordering pet pearls. We recommend adding 1"
to 1 1/2" to your pet's neck size. A 15%
restocking fee will apply to pet pearl returns and exchanges.
Downloadable
recipe books are not returnable.
